# 2.4 템플릿 리터럴

ES6에는 문자열 관련 다양한 편의 기능을 제공하는 템플릿 리터럴이 추가되었다. 템플릿 리터럴은 문자열과 비슷하되, 따옴표나 쌍따옴표가 아닌 백틱(`` ` ``)으로 감싸진다. 상대적으로 덜 흔한 용례인 [태그된 템플릿(tagged template)](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Template_literals#Tagged_templates)은 여기선 다루지 않는다.
